Baccarat is dealt where the action and the tokes run highest: the high-limit salons. It isn’t offered at every casino, which makes a certified Baccarat dealer a genuine specialist. At CEG you’ll train on three full-size games (two midi tables and a mini) and become certified in every form of the game: Regular (commission), EZ (no commission), and Midi (where players hold and interact with the cards, the style you’ll find in high-limit salons). Many baccarat games carry high-limit action even out on the regular floor, so this is a game with reach.
Our focus areas include order of operations, the Mama Kim “Triangle of Hands,” accuracy, hand mechanics, commission management, card calls, game alerts and procedure, and speed of play, so you leave CEG with the confidence to pass and deal Baccarat at any level.

Class Features
What you’ll learn: order of operations and the Triangle of Hand Rules; accuracy and clean hand mechanics; commission management (marking up, converting, and paying/collecting); card calls; game alerts and procedure; speed of play; and the side bets you’ll see on the floor (Tie, Dragon Bonus, Pair, and Panda 8 / Dragon 7 in EZ Baccarat).
Forms covered: Regular Baccarat (commission), EZ Baccarat (no commission), and Midi Baccarat (players handle the cards, the salon standard).
How you’ll get there: the LADRUP method and CEG audition path, with extra attention to commission accuracy and pace, since those are what separate a salon-ready Baccarat dealer from the rest.
