Blackjack Course

Learn from our experience.
Blackjack is required by nearly every casino in the country, and it’s the game you’ll almost certainly deal first, which makes it the smartest place to begin. At CEG, Blackjack is your foundation: you’ll learn to manage your game, your rack, your shuffle, and your cheques, build the hand mechanics that carry into every other game, and master the game-protection habits supervisors look for. We teach every variation you’ll see on a real floor (face-up, face-down, pitch, shoe, single deck, and double deck), so you walk into an audition ready for whatever table they sit you at.
You’ll train on a real floor inside our 10,000+ sq ft Las Vegas facility, with directed instruction followed by hands-on practice and coaching from instructors who’ve spent careers behind the table.
New classes start every Monday.

Class Features
What you’ll learn: managing your game and your rack, shuffling, chip and cheque handling, hand drills for clean and confident mechanics, dealing the game on shoe and pitch, making change and color, supervisor alerts, all rule variations, popular side bets, and the game-protection skills that apply to every table.
How you’ll get there: We use the LADRUP method: learn it, apply it, drill it, review it, then pass it. We never push you through a class just to graduate you; if you’re not ready for a live audition, we tell you exactly what to work on. When you are ready, you’ll take a thorough pre-cert audition, drill the gaps, and earn your certification, at which point we move you on to your next game.
Why Be a Blackjack Dealer?
Blackjack is the entry point to the entire industry. Nearly every US casino requires it. Even if you plan to specialize in another game, you’ll need Blackjack to get hired anywhere. It’s also the game you’ll deal first and most often, so getting genuinely good at it is what keeps you on the schedule. And because the rack, shuffle, chip-handling, and protection skills you build here transfer to Roulette, Baccarat, and Craps, every hour you put into Blackjack pays off across your whole career. Get certified, add a second game, and our placement network goes to work finding you a job.
