Craps Course
$395
The golden ticket.
Craps is the hardest game to learn and the most respected to deal: a four-person crew, dozens of live bets, and a pace that never stops. Far fewer dealers are ever certified to deal it, which is exactly why Craps dealers are always in demand, and why knowing dice can open the door to a job, a better schedule, and a path to supervising.
CEG runs the most innovative Craps program in the world, built by our Director David, a dealer since 1991 and a craps educator since 1995, who has personally trained thousands. From day one, David switches the math into colors and units so that reading and reacting to the game becomes fluent and fast, paired with applied hand movements, take-pay mechanics, and drills he’s evolved over decades into a uniquely immersive class. You’ll train on five full-size tables (three 12-foot, two 14-foot), a Crapless table, and a dedicated sit-down “probie” table featuring our own trademark practice mats.
New Craps classes start on the 1st Monday (or next open day) of each month

Class Features
What you’ll learn (base and stick): order of operations, bet mechanics, bank management, booking and setting up bets, proper hand use, bet scaling, player strategies, power presses, the prop box, stick and dice control, managing cash, communicating with players and supervisors, working and non-working bets, game flow, and bet proofing.
How the program runs: the first two weeks are structured fundamentals; the remaining weeks are taught in blocks that each focus on a specific area of the layout. Craps rewards daily hands-on repetition, so you’ll spend serious time on the table. You’ll progress through the LADRUP method and CEG’s audition path until you can run both stick and base with speed and confidence.
Why Be a Craps Dealer?
Craps is the golden ticket of casino dealing. Its complexity means far fewer people are certified to deal it, and far fewer supervisors are qualified to watch it, so demand for good dice dealers never lets up. Adding Craps is a major upgrade to your resume: it gets you scheduled, gets you kept, and is one of the clearest paths toward a supervisory role. If you want the game that makes you most valuable on any floor in the industry, this is it.
